Assistant Property Manager

PEAR Recruitment – Assistant Property Manager Wapping
Salary – £25,000 - £27,000
Hours – Monday to Thursday 9:30am – 6:30pm, Friday 9.30am-5pm, Every other Saturday 10am – 2pm
Our client currently has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team in Wapping. The successful candidate would play a key role in dealing with a portfolio of around 60 properties.
They are looking for a passionate and determined candidate with impeccable standards and the ability to impress through results.
Skills required:

Looking after all properties within the portfolio covering all aspects of landlord and tenant management including:
Minor repairs
Major refurbishments
Insurance claims
Property visits
Inspections
Arranging mandatory safety checks
Booking pre-tenancy works
Drawing up tenancy agreements
Negotiating tenancy renewals

About you:

Well organized
Excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize duties
Strong communication skills
Well presented
Ability to work on your own initiative
Experience of supporting a fast-paced team
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of lettings legislation
