To provide functional support in the delivery of projects.Top AccountabilitiesAssist in Delivering a variety of programs at any one time with varying degrees of complexity on time, in full, on budget and achieving the KPI's which connect directly to COGS.Sitting within the Technical organization, this role provides support as a business partner to the rest of Supply, Innovation (Technical and Marketing), Commercial and Brand Marketing.Assist Technical Innovations Specialists by providing collated Supply input during project development phasesManage small scale projects end-to-end with support from Technical Innovations ManagerBuild and maintain strong relationships and networks internally and across suppliers and third-party service providersEnsure new products comply with the requirements of the Liquor Products Act and other legislative and internal regulations and standardsDevelop packaging for innovation and brand change and translate a prototype concept into a fully commercialised package for small scale projects, working closely with suppliers to agreed cost, quality and time commitments.Keep up to date with new innovations and technology and be proactive in bringing potential opportunities to the attention of the business.Deliver all work to agreed standard on time and within budget whilst complying with Health and Safety requirements and Good Manufacturing Practice.Application of required project planning, budgeting, tracking, reporting and stakeholder communications processesQualifications and Experience RequiredDegree level qualification or equivalent in technical field.Sound people co-ordination and management ability.Minimum of 1-year practical experience in a relevant Technical role.
