Job DescriptionPrince Mohammad bin Fahd University is seeking applications for faculty positions in the Software Engineering Department in the College of Computer Engineering and Science.Qualifications & Experience (Required)A Ph.D. in Software Engineering or related field from an accredited, reputable Western university. A Master's degree with teaching experience may be considered.2-3 years teaching experience after the terminal degree with research experience and publications in international Journals and Conferences.Excellent command of the English Language.Familiarity with technology-infused academic environments.Previous experience in the Middle East or GCC countries is a plus.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGeneralTo uphold College values and standards, provide world-class education, and promote inclusiveness and collegiality within the College community.TeachingTo contribute to school and faculty policy, course design, assessment, and student support.Scholarly and Professional Development and ServiceTo engage in scholarly development, student advisement, committee representation, and administrative processes.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Required)Candidates should have research interest and experience in Software Engineering, Testing, Security, Requirements Engineering, Distributed Systems, Concurrent Programming, Mobile App Development, E-Commerce, Software Project Management, and Data Mining.
