Assistant Payroll Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing a team of 4 members
Overseeing the Payroll Department
Overseeing the SARS administration
Managing the day to day office Tasks

EXPERIENCE:
Payroll Legislation
EMP501 submissions
EMP201 submissions
UIF Submissions
WCA Submissions
Monthly, weekly and Biweekly payrolls
VIP Payroll System
Pastel Accounting
SARS E-filing

REQUIREMENTS:
Tertiary accounting, bookkeeping or business administration qualification is required
Minimum 35 years experience in an accounting, payroll or bookkeeping role
Excellent computer skills (Pastel and VIP)
Strong administrative abilities
Project management and problem-solving skills
Resides in Worcester (due to the nature of the work this is non-negotiable)
Own transport
