Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for management.

Requirements
Requirements:

Grade 12/Matric certificate; a qualification in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in procurement or supply chain operations is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with procurement software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
