Assistant Officer - Debt Management

Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of accounts receivable and collections.
Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of communications and payment arrangements.
Collaborate with the finance team to prepare reports on debt status and recovery efforts.
Analyze debtor profiles to identify trends and propose strategies for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements
Requirements:

Grade 12/Matric certificate; a qualification in finance, accounting, or business is preferred.
Previous experience in debt management or financial services is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial software.
