Must ensure that all tenants fulfil their safety obligations and safeguarding public safety for all visitors.Assist in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety policies and proceduresConduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standardsInvestigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrencesProvide training to employees on health and safety practisesMaintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety activitiesKnowledge and Skills:Strong understanding of Fire and Safety Acts, Occupational Health and Safety regulationsProficiency in MS Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
