Job Description: Primary Responsibilities: Communication with hotel teams (GM, Reservations, DOS)Monitor the results of the hotels and identify divergences.Responsible for Revenue performance and reporting.Support the GM in the creation of strategy.Provide monthly forecasts for the hotels they are responsible for.Other Responsibilities: Apply RM Initiatives: Overbook, length of stayAct as support in the preparation of the annual revenue budgetResponsible to host weekly Revmax meetings.Communicate the processes to follow in terms of quality and dataSupport sales and reservations teams where applicable.Give availability and minimum rate for the group quotation.Analyze contract and public performanceTo support and monitor reservations departmentExperience Level: Executive
