Assistant Manager – Luxury Lodge
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic
Assistant Manager
for a permanent position. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, supporting team development, and overseeing operational aspects in the absence of the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
Address both employee and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Handle email and phone correspondence.
Liaise between managers, customers, and employees.
Monitor budget and spending patterns to ensure financial efficiency.
Manage customer billing processes.
Step in for the General Manager during their absence, making executive decisions and holding meetings.
Support the ongoing learning and development of team members.
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills and initiative.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly.
Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Confident and proactive in taking on challenges.
Good listening skills and the ability to take direction from senior leadership.
Ability to motivate and manage a team.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is advantageous.
