Proven experience in a luxury hospitality management role, preferably within a lodge or hotel setting.
Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and customer billing processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A guest-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
