Candidate Requirements:Previous experience working in a luxury lodgeMust have at least 2 years of experience in an assistant lodge management positionMust be very strong in administrationHave experience in managing a team Must have strong managerial capabilitiesPositive attitude and approach toward teamworkHands-on approach toward guest experienceAbility to take initiative and problem-solvingHave a strong eye for detail with regard to all lodge rooms, service & foodMust have strong leadership and communication skills verbal and writtenThis position is for a Brand New lodge that will be opening soon - the ideal candidate for this position would be plant-based as the lodge will be focusing on holistic wellness, and serving plant-based meals.
