THE OPPORTUNITY We have an opportunity for an experienced Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) Assistant Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to assume secondary accountability and responsibility, fully supporting the Branch Manager, in running a profitable quick-service restaurant. This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.
