We are looking for a dynamic couple with mature characters, good people skills, and a passion for hospitality. Must be eager and willing, and keen to join a growing company.This position requires a hands-on approach, eye for detail, flexibility, and determination to maintain and improve the very high standards already in place.Lodge Anchor Responsibilities:Responsible for assisting lodge manager in all areas of lodge management; reservations, office administration, front of house and service, lodge staff management, marketing.Lodge Anchor Requirements:Valid Driver's licenseMinimum 2 years working experience in 4* or 5* lodge environmentTourism/hospitality qualificationsFood & Beverage ExperienceComputer literate essential + knowledge of Nightsbridge booking systemAdministrative skills and experienceHosting experience and serviceGood administration skills/attention to detailSome marketing knowledge or experienceField Guide / Lodge & Reserve Maintenance Responsibilities:Responsible for client nature experience, (nature drives, guided walks, hiking/MTB trails), land management support under farm manager, maintenance of guest activity equipment, trails and locations, assisting with general maintenance, front of house and service.Field Guide Requirements:Valid Driver's license & PDPMinimum 1 year guiding experienceGood general bush knowledge of Lowveld area (minimum FGASA level 1 or equivalent knowledge)Speciality knowledge of birds/trees a bonusHosting experience and serviceGeneral maintenance skills and experienceLand management experience (knowledge of land maintenance and invasive removal, etc)First Aid
