The Assistant Management Couple will consist of a Senior Guide and an Assistant ManagerSenior Guide Requirements:Previous experience as a guide in an upscale safari lodge is essentialMust be able to make a long-term commitment in an environment where they have the potential to growFGASA Lead Trails is a big advantageAll Guiding documents (First Aid, FGASA, DEAT, PDP, ARH etc..) must be fully up-to-date and validPossession of a valid drivers license & PDP is essentialMust be mature, confident, stable and an analytical thinkerMust have good vehicle knowledgeMust be able to host with easeMust be well-presented and well-spokenMust be passionate about conservation and hospitalityMust reference incredibly wellAssistant Manager Requirements:Minimum of 2 years working experience within a luxury lodge environment NQF in hospitality advantageousMicrosoft working knowledge (Outlook/Excel/Word) essentialExcellent Admin and Front of House experienceGreat attention to detailMust have previous experience with stock countsMust be a team playerMust have a great command of the English languageAbility to work independentlyEnsure standards are being metBe able to lead when senior members are absentGood computer skills and use of POSThis is a live-in position
