Assistant Maintenance Manager - Luxury Lodge - Bela Bela

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager for a luxury hospitality group on the outskirts of Bela Bela. In this role, you will assist in maintaining the operational functionality of our lodge buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, appliances, and more. With a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills, you'll ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Salary

Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with general maintenance and repairs
Regularly inspecting buildings, grounds, and equipment
Conducting repair and maintenance work on various systems and equipment
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Managing stock control and reports
Minimum Experience & System Requirements:
5 years of exceptional assistant general maintenance experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Valid RSA ID and Driver's License with PDP
