Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Cape Town!

We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to ensure the smooth running of daily maintenance operations, oversee building projects, and implement proactive maintenance programs. In this role, you'll lead a dedicated team, minimize costs without compromising quality, and ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental laws. Requirements:
NQF Level 5 electrical/mechanical technician or equivalent trade certificate
5+ years' experience in general maintenance or construction management
3+ years in a 4/5-star hotel maintenance role
Strong knowledge of stock management, health and safety, and technical hotel maintenance (aircon, plumbing, electrical)
