As ideal Candidate you will have: Matric Must be experienced/qualified in at least one of the following disciplines – Electrical (single and three phase), Refrigeration and air-conditioning At least 5 Years previous experience as a Maintenance Manager Attention to detail. Reliability and adaptable Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel Project Management skills essential Stock System – Cimso – stock procurement and control Valid RSA ID Valid Driver's Licence + PDP First Aid Level 3 Duties and Responsibilities: General Maintenance and repairs to all buildings. Upkeep repairs of all public areas. General Maintenance on Electrical, plumbing, appliances, tools and equipment. Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration with projects with outside contractors. Ensure quality control of maintenance and projects. Prepare, submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects. Negotiate favorable wholesale prices with suppliers. Fleet Management of company vehicles. Ensure effective staff management within the guidelines of the company policies and legislative requirements. Exceptional report writing skills.
