You will monitor guest feedback, assist with the day-to-day running of the lodge, and uphold and elevate the service standards provided by the team.
Ensure effective supervision and management, especially when the lodge manager is on leave or away.
Reaching targets of quality improvement is essential.
Develop and implement SOPs and policies, and manage cash, stock, and equipment maintenance.
