Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a dynamic Assistant Lodge Manager/Relief Reservationto join this team. If you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day lodge operations in the absence of the Lodge Manager
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through innovative and creative initiatives
Manage, train, and motivate staff while driving hospitality to new heights
Build strong relationships with staff, guests, and industry partners
Implement quality standards and adhere to company practices
Requirements:
Matric qualification
Strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge of OPERA Systems or similar PMS system
Computer literate with financial skills
Ability to handle pressure and difficult situations
Attention to detail and self-motivation
Salary and Benefits:
Salary R8,000 - R9,000
Live-in position with meals provided on duty
