Requirements
A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)
At least 2-3 years Hospitality experience in a Supervisory role (Essential)
Previous lodge experience preferred
Good understanding of 4/5 star lodge operations, especially Food and Beverage, Front of house, Duty management and Hosting
(Essential)
Must have experience in lodge finances (Budgets, Forecasting, Cost Control)
Excellent Customer Relations and must love to host guests
Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel-
Essential
Professional and well groomed
Driver's license essential
