Assistant Lodge Manager
to join an esteemed 5-star establishment. If you have a strong background in luxury lodge operations and a proven track record of success, this could be your next career step.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
3–5 years of experience in a 5-star establishment as an Assistant Lodge Manager, Duty Manager, or Guest Relations Manager.
Valid driver's license (essential).
Key Performance Areas
Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily lodge operations.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of service.
Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
Manage lodge systems, including POS/PMS, with efficiency and accuracy.
Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of operational improvements.
Competencies Required
Proven expertise in lodge management.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Proficient in POS/PMS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
