Assistant Lodge Manager

Our client in the EC is seeking the expertise of a seasoned Assistant Lodge Manager for one of their established lodges: The below personal attributes are important for role:ReliableHonestHard WorkingPrepared to go above and beyond when required (not a clock watcher)Flexible and able to handle anything that gets thrown at themStrong in Food and Beverage – background in kitchen would be preferable (chef/head chef)Strong and with experience in stock takes and inputting of stocksStrong personality with good leadership attributesGood interpersonal skills especially with staff and guestsVery strong communication skills and fluent in EnglishCareer drivenMust have a valid drivers license with experience in driving - PDP would be advantageous The following would be included in package :Accommodation on site in the staff villageTransport to and from lodge for rostered shiftsA staff meal when on shift Self catering when off dutyThey work on a rotational shift cycle (weekly)
