Assistant Lodge Manager / Foh - Madikwe

Game Lodge in Madikwe is looking for an Assistant Lodge Manager / FOH.
Develop good customer relationships.
Address employee and customer concerns.
Email and phone correspondence.
Liaise between managers, customers and employees.
Monitor spending patterns and budget.
Customer Billing
Fill in for General Manager (GM) in times of absence.
Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.
Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively
Strong leadership and initiative
People person, able to provide excellent customer service
Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management
Responsible, goal oriented and organized

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma
At least 3 years' experience in a 4/5* star establishment as an Assistant Lodge Manager / Duty Manager or Guest Relations Manager
Proven experience in lodge management
Good working knowledge of POS / PMS systems
High level of attention to detail
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
