Assistant Lodge Manager/Assistant Camp Manager

Cedar Wood Recruitment is now recruiting for our client, a luxury safari lodge based in the Central Kalahari, Botswana for an Assistant Lodge Manager/Assistant Camp Manager.

We are seeking a Botswana national for this position and preference will be given to Botswana citizens due to visa application time constraints and processes.

This role requires a unique set of skills, including leadership, operational excellence, and cultural sensitivity.

The candidate will be responsible for managing lodge operations, vehicle maintenance & upkeep, reserve management, firefighting, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the organization.

Annual salary ranging from 120,000 to 180,000 Pula, depending on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
