The successful candidate will be required to fulfil the job as summarised below, but not limited to:
Understand the responsibilities of the CEO's Office and provide general assistance in all respects. Prepare presentations for Clients and internal stakeholders. Manage diaries of the CEO's Office. This includes liaising with internal stakeholders and Clients to schedule and co-ordinate meetings. Manage emails and all other correspondence to the CEO's Office. Maintain the CEO's Office folder structures and documents on the internal drive. Take minutes and distribute to relevant parties. This includes following up and closing out of action items. Arrange workshops, conferences and seminars and the agenda / itinerary thereof. This includes ensuring venue is fit for purpose, the technology is set up and dietary requirements are catered for. Interface with the relevant departments for the CEO's Office media and communications. This includes LinkedIn, business updates and publications. Education
Candidate must have relevant educational qualification to support the requirements of the job.
Work Experience
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Additional Requirements
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Drivers' license is mandatory.
