Assistant - Hospitality

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Hospitality Assistant to support our expanding portfolio of short-term rental properties, guest services, and general daily support to all divisions. This role is available immediately and requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of guest accommodations, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining our standards of excellence.
Oversee team management, training, and scheduling to ensure effective operations across all properties.
Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and problem resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor property maintenance and cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to drive occupancy and maximize profitability.

Requirements:

Passion for hospitality.
Experience in hospitality management or related field.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Valid driver's license required.
