Assistant General Manager required for a renowned restaurant based in East London Requirements:Proven experience in restaurant or café management (hotel experience not applicable)Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approachExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaintsProficient in inventory managementKnowledge of health and safety standardsStrong problem-solving abilitiesFlexible schedule to work shifts, including days, nights, Sundays, and public holidaysResponsibilities:Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflowSupervise and manage staff, monitoring and evaluating performanceMaintain high standards of health and safety in the workplaceOversee inventory management and controlAddress customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectivelyFoster a positive work environment and encourage team collaborationOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
