Assistant General Manager required for a renowned restaurant based in East London Requirements: Proven experience in restaurant or café management (hotel experience not applicable) Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints Proficient in inventory management Knowledge of health and safety standards Strong problem-solving abilities Flexible schedule to work shifts, including days, nights, Sundays, and public holidays Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow Supervise and manage staff, monitoring and evaluating performance Maintain high standards of health and safety in the workplace Oversee inventory management and control Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
