Assistant General Manager (Hospitality)

Our client is an esteemed Hotel in Stellenboch looking to recruit an Assistant General Manager for their establishment.
Requirements:   Persons with 3 years or more management experience in 4-5 star hotels.
Self-motivated individual Can think and act independently Able to manage staff of 20+ Responsible for the smooth running of the whole property when the GM is unavailable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Customer-orientated individual, with a warm, friendly and outgoing personality Knowledge of foreign languages and wine will be an advantage.
Detail orientated person and extremely reliable   Prepared to work shifts and weekends Thrive under stress Own transport is essential Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, front office and F&B is a must.
