Assistant General Management Couple

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Assistant General Management Couple to join our 5-star lodge team. This unique opportunity is ideal for a couple passionate about hospitality and teamwork, with both individuals working closely together to assist in managing all aspects of the lodge. As the Assistant General Management Couple, you will support the General Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations across all departments, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. You will help manage staff, oversee guest relations, and ensure that every guest experience meets the highest standards of luxury and service.
In this role, you will also assist with financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and managing operational efficiency. You will work together to uphold the lodge's reputation for excellence by ensuring staff development, maintaining the property, and consistently exceeding guest expectations. This position requires a couple with strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to create a welcoming, unforgettable guest experience.
