Career Growth Hospitality Recruitmnet is looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join the Front Office team at a 4-star Hotel based in Sandton. The successful candidate will be responsible to assist the Front Office team with the smooth running of the department and ensuring seamless guest experience for all of their guests. Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and supervising Front Office activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services.
Support the creation of a positive and productive work environment for your team, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
Help implement and uphold high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Contribute to managing departmental budgets and optimizing revenue opportunities.
Assist in training and developing team members to maintain the hotel's service standards and achieve operational excellence.
Manage the Front Office team in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Requirements:

Minimum of at least 2-5 years of experience in a hotel environment, preferably as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve guest issues effectively and efficiently.
Proficiency in Opera (PMS) is essential.
Ability to assist in managing financial aspects and budgeting within the Front Office department.
