Assistant Financial Manager- Corporate company in SandtonWe are looking for a person passionate about financial management, with an eye for detailMust be technically up to date with IFRS, have sound knowledge of Taxation and the Companies Act, and demonstrate expert knowledge on consolidationsMust be a skilled communicator, both verbal and written at all levelsDemonstrate entrepreneurial and sound business skillsDemonstrate the ability to carry out various ad hoc duties as required from time to timeWill be responsible for reporting relating to Offshore properties, as well as certain responsibilities relating to South African properties, including consolidation, financial reporting and commentary, finance systems management, maintenance and upgradesComply with and contribute to standardisation of proceduresContribute to benchmarking and accounting policies, and provide technical input and assistance (emerging issues re IFRS, Tax and Companies Act etc.
