The DO MORE FOUNDATION, founded by RCL FOODS, is an independent non-profit organisation in South Africa that aims to improve the lives of young children and their communities. They unite public, private, and non-governmental sectors towards this goal with a network of over 260 partners.Our Talent Team is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Early Childhood Development Manager: Projects within the DO MORE FOUNDATION. The role will be based in Gauteng and provide support to the communities of Gauteng, North West and Mpumalanga. The position will report to the Program Lead: Young Child Portfolio.The Assistant ECD Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of the DO MORE FOUNDATION's 'Everyone Gets to Play' model in 3 provinces. This includes:Managing the outputs, contracts, budgets, invoicing, and reporting of Implementing Partners and other service providers;Multi-sector stakeholder management including business, government, and civil society;Scoping, analysing, and planning for expansion within existing and into new areas;Managing the provision of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning data;Communicating insights and informing the broader portfolio strategy.
