Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionAssist in developing and implementing the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and relationship building.Develop new business by identifying potential clients and maintaining a pipeline of prospects.Conduct site visits, client presentations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.Participate in the creation of sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team targets.Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales staff in their daily activities, helping to enhance their skills and performance.Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales team members.Work closely with the Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.Coordinate with the Revenue Management team to ensure pricing and inventory strategies support sales goals.Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences for clients.Prepare regular sales reports, including performance analysis, pipeline updates, and revenue tracking.Monitor sales KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.Assist in preparing reports for senior management and attending sales meetings to provide insights and updates.Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the property and generate leads.Organize and participate in sales trips, client meetings, and promotional activities to enhance the hotel's visibility and attract new business.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management and CRM software.Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving results.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Experience Level: Mid-Senior LevelJob Type: Temps CompletBrands: FAIRMONT, ACCORLocation: Santa Monica
