We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team.
Position Overview: The Assistant Controller will work closely with the finance team to support the day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.Assist with budget preparation, forecasts, and financial analysis.Review and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.Help monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Prepare journal entries and assist with payroll and tax-related tasks.Assist in internal audits, tax compliance, and other regulatory filings.Support the Controller in improving financial processes and internal controls.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Qualifications: A maximum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (experience with accounting software is a plus).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Desired Skills: Experience with financial reporting and analysis.Familiarity with accounting systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).Experience in budgeting and forecasting.Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
