As an Assistant Audit Manager, you will contribute to maintaining the high standards of our firm and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' financial records.You will work closely with the Audit Manager to plan, execute, and review audit engagements, assess internal controls, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations for remedial measures. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor audit staff, ensuring the efficient completion of audit assignments.Responsibilities:Assist the Audit Manager in planning and executing audit engagementsReview and evaluate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirementsAssess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend solutions for improvementSupervise and coach audit staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their professional growthMaintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and understanding their specific needsStay updated on current auditing standards, industry trends, and regulatory changesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in auditing or related fieldStrong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and techniquesCA or equivalent certification is requiredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in using auditing software and Microsoft Office SuiteAttention to detail and high level of accuracyBenefits:Salary negotiable
