Assistant Administrator Sfg Engineering

Main Purpose

The main purpose of this position is to Provide support to the internal sales administrators & customers

Duties and responsibilities

Control and update the Quality Management Systems

Assist customers with price, availability of stock and inquiries

Distribute of weekly reports to internal sales administrators.

Maintain department's correspondence, filing system and general inquiries

Customer orientated

Manage of past sales activities (Claims, returns/GRN, complaints) including the implementation of corrective actions

Monitor and report on the departments KPI's.

Report on Month To Date sales

Daily invoicing.

Process of credit note authorizations.

Invoice and distribution of weekly reports & account queries.

Maintain Department's correspondence, filing system & general queries

Qualifications and Experience

Matric

2 to 3 years' experience in the electric motor industry

Computer literacy, Windows, MS Word, & Excel (SYSPRO & Docuware is an advantage). Special Requirements

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, including formal communications and making presentations.

Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

A sense of urgency with a strong customer service orientation.

Hard working, resourceful, ambitious and have excellent business acumen.

Professional & friendly telephone mannerism & message capturing

Ability to work in a team

Working Conditions

Office based.

Is subject to work beyond normal working hours, evenings, weekends and holidays should the need arise.

Required to attend and participate in continuing educational programs designed to keep you abreast of changes in your profession
