Assistant Accountant: Manufacturing And Projects

Minimum requirements: BCom Honours Accounting or Management Accounting CIMA or studying toward CIMA will be advantageous Minimum3 - 5 years' experience in Manufacturing / Costing Accounting Responsibilities Document and maintain standard process costing system including policies and procedures Maintain and ensure accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and individual Product Costing Analyse variance against standards including reasons and assist with action plans Ensure accurate stock valuation, including raw materials, work in progress, cost of sales and valuation of waste Ensure the revaluation of stock from standard to actual at financial year-end Maintain the integrity of the inventory and production modules in the ERP system Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconciliation to the inventory modules Ensure adherence to a sound Project Financial Management Framework (PFMF) that will support the strategy of the company in accordance with IFRS Monitor project costs against budgets and cash flow forecasts to ensure compliance to approved budgets Prepare comprehensive management accounts and report monthly to stakeholders on projects Consultant: Edna Anderhold - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
