Min 3 years Bookkeeping. Minimum qualification - bookkeeping/ accounting diploma, or equivalent. Good communication skills in spoken English and by email. Working on Xero Accounting software across multiple organizations.Duties and responsibilities:Working on Xero Accounting software across multiple organizationsReconciliation of client bank accountsBookkeeping on accounting software and hardcopiesWeekly and monthly payrollVAT preparations and submissionsRegular communications with clients to ensure that all missing information is supplied.Small ad-hoc requests which may come up from time to time.Diary management for the team and answering client questions (mainly by email)
