Company:An esteemed Property Management entity located in Pretoria  is seeking a proficient Bookkeepert to join their dynamic team and contribute significantly to their ongoing growth and success.Responsibilities:Bookkeeping to Trial Balance: Efficiently handle bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness up to the trial balance stage.Salary and Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Thoroughly reconcile salary accounts and balance sheets, guaranteeing precision and compliance.VAT Reconciliations: Manage VAT reconciliations meticulously, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Improving Systems and Controls: Contribute to enhancing existing systems and implementing robust controls for streamlined financial operations.Management Reports: Generate detailed management reports that offer valuable insights and support strategic decision-making processes.Qualifications & Experience:5+ Years' Experience: Demonstrated track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper/Accountant, showcasing expertise in financial management.Education: Hold a completed B.Com Degree or a related qualification in Finance, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in accounting principles.Property Industry Experience: Previous experience within the Property Industry is highly advantageous, indicating familiarity with industry-specific financial practices and regulations.Software Proficiency: Proficient in Caseware and MDA/MRI Systems, highlighting a strong technological acumen to navigate complex accounting software with ease.
