Overview Hire Resolves Client is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the operations and profitability of designated renewable energy assets. The Asset Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance, performance optimization, and revenue management.
Responsibilities: Overseeing compliance with HSE and Quality policies in collaboration with the Site Team, including thorough incident reporting. Providing ongoing technical management of infrastructure assets to maximize their value. Optimizing asset performance in accordance with risk profiles. Delivering technical and commercial reports to investors and stakeholders, contributing to internal performance assessments. Conducting occasional site inspections to ensure standards are met. Monitoring and reporting site findings and non-conformances. Identifying and tracking plant performance indicators. Participating actively in project and client meetings to stay engaged in asset management. Serving as a backup on-call for system events and interfacing with grid operators. Ensuring adherence to plant operating and maintenance standards. Managing main project contracts for legal compliance and profitability. Representing the company's interests at the project level to maximize return on investment and profitability. Managing budgets and tracking costs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing an operational plant. Minimum of 3 years of renewable energy asset management or related experience. Strong commercial judgment and technical acumen with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a focus on achieving results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Excel. Capacity to work independently. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English; proficiency in additional local languages is advantageous. Willingness to travel and possession of a driver's license.
