Focus on continuous improvement by providing support and partnering with Agile Transformational teams.Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure successful implementation of Agile in software projects with improved quality in accordance with business needs and strategic goals.Provide expert level guidance to software project teams in terms of process, system, tools, methods, communication, integration, and team dynamics through weekly facilitation sessions.Integrate with diverse stakeholders by engaging and facilitating with multiple diverse groups.Build professional relationships through engagement and regular communication with all stakeholders.Conduct regular engagement and feedback sessions with all stakeholders.Ensure professional relationships with software contractors, consultants, and external suppliers.Provide timely reporting to stakeholders.Support the Agile transformational teams in driving the implementation of Lean and Agile principles.Guide Solution Delivery teams on Lean and Agile practices and values.Remove impediments or guide the team in removing impediments.Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.Advise on possible risk issues.Ensure all Agile ceremonies are conducted.Provide guidance to the Product Owner.Coordinate required skills for the core team.Facilitate retrospective sessions with the core team.Support the achievement of the business strategy by ensuring delivered systems and processes are aligned.Identify training courses and career progression for self.Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframes.Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders.Establish boundaries, trust, rapport, and team cohesion.Contribute to a culture conducive to achieving transformation goals.Participate in corporate responsibility initiatives.Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems.People SpecificationWe believe in employing highly motivated, quality-oriented people that thrive in a culture that supports diversity within a creative and collaborative environment.
