We obsess about long-term performance and our top priority is to deliver a superior investment experience for our clients.LocationThe role is based in PretoriaJob FamilySales and ServicesRelationship ManagementManager of OthersJob PurposeTo lead, guide, support and coach front-line staff to execute effectively upon the business strategy, enabling the delivery of banking solutions to relevant market segments; ensure client centric experiences that builds sustainable client relationships.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with intermediaries by engaging with them in structured meetings to deliver on sales targetsEducate and inform intermediaries by disseminating product and process information in line with Nedgroup Investments' focus areas to grow market shareDemonstrate understanding of intermediaries' business practices by conducting ongoing structured meetings in order to establish intermediaries' needsCollaborate with departments within Nedgroup Investments by sharing information in alignment with Nedgroup Investments focus areasDemonstrate proficient investment knowledge in product specifications and processesBuild relationships with internal suppliers by communicating according to service level agreementsEnsure team delivers on all targeted products and services as measured through the relevant client management systems and the contribution statementAchieve quality and turnaround standards through relevant systems, processes and proceduresUnderstand and respond to client's business and needsImprove team efficiency and effectiveness continuouslyBuild sound client relationships with staff and instill trust amongst clients that Nedbank is best placed to manage the complexity of their business requirementsManage consultants to unearth sales/solution opportunities and to create advocates among their clientsStay abreast in field of expertise and deliver on the expectations from stakeholders.People SpecificationWe believe in employing highly motivated, sharp and quality-oriented people that thrive in a culture that celebrates and supports diversity within an environment that is creative, collaborative, challenging and dynamic.
