Understanding Reliability Certified maintenance (RCM) methodology
Site audits and maintenance assessments
Capability plant Analysis
Condition monitoring plan and KPIs identification
Preventative systems and processes guidance
Plant /equipment hierarchy development
Plant /equipment criticality analysis
Equipment functional failure identification and analysis
Determination of root cause of failure using RCA Methodology
Determination of appropriate corrective action/s
Development of implementation plan/s
Determination and implementation of appropriate performance measures

Skills Required:

Understanding Reliability Certified maintenance (RCM) methodology
Understanding Root cause Analysis (RCA) methodology
Competency with the use of computers and software, and specifically CMMS systems (Ellipse, SAP, Maximo, etc)

Qualifications & Work experience:

B.Eng. or B.Sc. (Electrical/Mechanical)
3-5 years of experience post-graduation
Exposure to computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) in an operating environment is preferred
Maintenance Engineering understanding
