RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Asset Care Artisan to join our client's team in the Plastics & Packaging industry.
As an Asset Care Artisan, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our client's plastics and packaging equipment, with a focus on maximizing equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
Your primary duties will include conducting preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will also be involved in equipment upgrades and installations, as well as documenting maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities: Performing preventive maintenance on plastics and packaging equipment Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Assisting with equipment upgrades and installations Documenting maintenance activities and keeping accurate records Participating in continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Trade Certificate as an Artisan (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, Millwright) or equivalent Previous experience as an Asset Care Artisan in the Plastics & Packaging industry Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the industry Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Benefits Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
