ExperienceMINIMUM: More than 2 years practical experience in Life and Non-Medical Credit Life Insurance Claims Assessment.IDEAL: Practical experience on assessment of Life and Non-Medical Credit Life Insurance products.Occupational certificate of course on long-term life Insurance Claims Assessor.Qualifications (Minimum)Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Forensics.KnowledgeMINIMUM: Understanding of the long-term insurance industry and claims handling processes.Knowledge of Life and Non-Medical Credit Life Insurance Products.Knowledge of relevant legal framework relating to funeral and life insurance claims.IDEAL: Practical experience on assessment of Life and Non-Medical Credit Life Insurance products.What you will be required to doSupport Non-Medical Claims Process Set-up.Non-Medical Claims Assessment.Non-Medical Claims Queries and Complaints.Stakeholder Engagement.SkillsAdministration Skills.Attention to Detail.Numerical Reasoning skills.Planning, organising and coordination skills.Conditions of EmploymentClear criminal and credit record.Capitec is committed to diversity and, where feasible, all appointments will support the achievement of our employment equity goals.
