Assessor

Key Responsibilities: Assessment of Portfolios: Manage monthly assessment plans, assess portfolios within 30 days, complete required documentation, provide feedback, and ensure quality assurance. Administration: Capture and update assessment results, maintain effective document storage and archiving processes. Learner Support: Schedule assessments, manage learner support, and coordinate with the training team. Additional Functions: Monitor and improve the quality of assessments. Conduct coaching sessions for peer and constituent assessors. Provide feedback to facilitators. Moderate assessments where applicable. Expand assessment expertise and registrations as needed. Required Qualifications: Services SETA registrations: Business Practice NQF 1, Business Administration NQF 3, Generic Management NQF 4, Project Management NQF 4, Contact Centre Operations NQF 4. Wholesale and Retail SETA registrations: Wholesale and Retail Operations Supervision NQF 4, Wholesale and Retail Operations Management NQF 5. Beneficial Experience: Contact Centre Management Warehouse or Stores Management Finance Project Management Manufacturing/Production Management Key Requirements: Fully vaccinated Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to follow structured processes Mature personality with ethical business practices Logical reasoning and critical thinking skills Presentable and able to work with clients Valid Drivers License and ability to drive Valid references with proven work history in a similar field If you are passionate about assessments and supporting learners, we encourage you to apply
