IntroductionOur client, a leader in the Electronics, Telecommunications, and broadcast industry, is currently looking for a Calibration Services Sales Engineer to be based in Centurion.
The Calibration Services Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling high-value test and measurement support services into the electronic equipment market.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesContinually increase the profitable business through a Service Centre.Understand and interpret customer needs and translate them into profitable services.Sell proposals for potential new revenue streams to management using researched business plans.Negotiate at required levels to obtain win-win results.Sell the true value of calibration to a diverse installed base of test & measurement customers.Business Development Management.Desired Experience & QualificationDiploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.Applications and Calibration of test and measurement instruments - ESSENTIAL.3-5 years Sales experience + experience with B2B sales.Building Development Management experience within Electronic Engineering/Calibration Services.Experience in creating/finding new markets for a Service Centre with technicians.Selling skills and time management training.The combination of technical knowledge and effective communication skills is essential.Ability to effectively sell products or services and negotiate, analytical & problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, strong interpersonal & client-facing/interaction (Customer engagement) skills.Willing to travel outside South Africa.Valid Driver's license, passport, and own suitable and reliable transport.Subject Line: Calibration Services Sales Engineer
