A global tech company is looking for a Tech Lead / Senior Infrastructure and Product Consultant who can take on a hybrid Infrastructure and Product Consultancy role and mentor the team. You will be the technical escalation point for the team of Technical Consultants, reporting to the Head of Service Delivery.
Skills required: Windows Server 2016/2022 O365/M365 Active Directory Azure/AWS SCCM/SCOM PowerShell SharePoint Any virtualization such as VMware or Hyper-V Cloud experience ideal but can be considered without it – AWS/Azure Bespoke Applications You will benefit from some intense training on all our client's software products and solutions during their onboarding process. This Tech Lead Consultant role will have you covering Product, server, network, and application support/administration and implementing solutions, working closely with the external customer, and advising on how to get full usage out of the systems and solutions provided. You will have ownership of certain systems and platforms and have deep technical knowledge and experience in implementing and troubleshooting. You will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Team Mentor.
This is an office/onsite-based role. You will be engaging with external clients and the wider business, attending meetings, and working with stakeholders up to C-Level. You must be comfortable putting your face around the business, have your voice heard, and bring ideas to the table.
