Role: LIMS Support Analyst – Application support for business applications in a scientific company, serving 600 global users.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Application system support for bespoke LIMS applicationsMaintain knowledge base articlesInvestigate and document defectsSupport incident and problem managementCollaborate with technical teams to resolve issuesConfigure lab instrument integrations with LIMSCreate scheduled tasks for report distributionRun user audit reportsRequirements: Degree (high grade) in Chemistry, Science or Information TechnologyA keen scientific AND technology interestAnalytical problem-solving skillsStrong communication abilitiesThis is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career with a company that will offer exceptional training and career progression.
